WHO WE ARE

In April 2002, Liquid Concessions, Inc. was born when founder Brian Fogle signed on with the Kane County Cougars as a third party concessionaire for their single A baseball team. Using his profound work ethic and extraordinary management skills, Brian went to work laying the foundation for a concessions company with success in it’s future. By providing cotton candy, freshly squeezed lemonade, snow cones and hot chocolate, Liquid Concessions more than met the Cougars expectations as a top quality concessions partner for the year. In 2005, Liquid Concessions completed their fourth year with the Kane County Cougars by celebrating their 15th season as a leader in Minor League Baseball. While doing so, Liquid Concessions has continued to expand their business by providing concessions services for other single, double and triple A baseball teams as well managed a number of local and regional events. Liquid has partnered with entertainment providers such as the Shrine Circus and Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre as well as other sport venues such as the Ryder Cup and Northwestern University.

Liquid Concessions has also continued to grow by adding innovative products like BeerJet. Brian developed InSeat Vip Beverage service, which is a consulting and vending service. Liquid Concessions strives to provide their partners with innovative products and outstanding customer service in the concessions industry. Brian and his elite staff will settle for nothing short of excellence in this industry and is the leading InSeat service provider in the Midwest.
